Eligibility Requirements

The ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. government issued security clearance is required., U. S. citizenship is required, as only U. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance, DoD Clearance: Secret, Active and existing security clearance required after day 1, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience Engineering/Other Technical Positions, Experience with programming, automation, NC programming, CAI programming and similar, 10+ years Design and/or Manufacturing experience using CAD, CAM, CAI or other engineering software., Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software packages (Teamcenter)., Experience with creating CAD models, Bills of Material and managing the Lifecycle of those items., Experience with NC programming., Technical proficiency in Complex Manufacturing activities., Experience with executing against routings or bills of process and managing deviations against those routings., Excellent knowledge of productivity software including O365, JIRA, Smartsheets, etc., U. S. Citizenship is required due to government contracts

Nice to Have

BS Engineering (technical degree and relevant experience considered), Familiarity with Teamcenter, NX, CAM, CMM programming., Exposure to MES systems such as Solumina and ERP systems such as SAP., Advanced knowledge of ASME Y 14. 5-1994 and ASME Y 14. 5-2018., Knowledge of Model Based activities within a manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do.

support the deployment sites by interfacing with their local SMEs to understand their equipment

process and methodologies and help them implement Model Based Manufacturing and Inspection solutions.

work with the Model Based Manufacturing and Inspection Capabilities team to help develop future capabilities and ensure they meet the needs of the end user.

Interface with the P&W Site in conjunction with the broader deployment team.

Identify impacted equipment and ensure that equipment is ready for the manufacturing centers transition to Model Based Enterprise.

Work with the site SMEs to assist them in developing robust Model Based Manufacturing and Inspection processes

techniques and applications.

Work with Model Based Manufacturing and Inspection capability owners to ensure solutions are prioritized and worked meeting the deployment schedule.

Support Model Based Definition with actionable customer feedback to help improve the quality of the PW technical data package.

Leverage CORE continuous improvement tools to define and improve business process within Core OpX & Module Center deployment businesses.

Create site deployment standard work resulting into a playbook for operations to execute MB-DMI readiness

Contribute to deployment level passports for business alignment on requirements and operational readiness
