What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, 5+ years of experience in electromagnetic and thermal design of motors, with ability in model-based design, Proven experience with 2D and 3D finite element analysis tools for motor design, Experience in modeling 3-phase inverters, including thermal aspects, knowledge of electrical system thermal modeling using lumped parameter circuits, Ability in MATLAB/Simulink and model-based development methodologies, Familiarity with MIL, SIL, and HIL testing environments

Nice to Have

PhD preferred, Experience with field-oriented control methods for brushless motor control, Knowledge of modelling of Lithium-ion battery system is a plus
