The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that Mobility processes are delivered within established time frames and provide a high-quality employee experience. ### The role will report to the Global Reward Operations Manager and will work closely with the Global Mobility team in the CoE, as well as other members of the HR team. The role will be based in India. ### **Key responsibilities** * ### Manages the initiation processes for all International Assignments and one-way international moves (Permanent International Relocations), handing off to the Global Mobility CoE team who will manage the end-to-end move * ### Provides support prior to the initiation, including responsibility for collecting all data required to initiate the move and to facilitate the business approval process (including cost estimate) * ### Liaises with internal partners including HRBPs, Talent Acquisition Partners, Payroll, Finance, RBPs, Legal, Department Head
