The work you do directly improves how people take care of themselves and their families. **Position Responsibilities:** * Build intuitive, mobile‑first experiences that are accessible and easy to use. * Translate user stories into efficient, maintainable, and tested code. * Ensure applications are secure, performant, and dependable. * Integrate mobile apps with backend services, APIs, and external data sources. * Identify and fix issues, continuously improving overall application performance. * Collaborate with Designers, Product Owners, Quality Engineers, and other Software Engineers to deliver customer‑focused solutions. * Participate in design reviews, pair programming, and code reviews to share knowledge and raise quality. * Continuously learn and explore new technologies that can improve how customers experience our products. **Required Qualifications:** * 3+ years of experience building Android applications that integrate with remote services and APIs. * 1+ years of experience creating UI components with Jetpack Compose. * Solid understanding Android architecture, performance optimization, and mobile security. * 1+ years of experience working with Git for version control (GitHub preferred). * Some experience or familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions. * Awareness of accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring products work well for everyone. **Preferred Qualifications:** * To think beyond the code and consider how your work impacts customers. * Comfort in Agile/Scrum environments and enjoy working iteratively. * Take ownership of your work, communicate clearly, and collaborate openly with teammates. * Be curious, always looking for
