Must Have
Valid SIA licence, Previous security experience, Observational skills, Attention to detail, Ability to remain calm, Professional in high-pressure situations, Excellent communication skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, Basic knowledge of first aid, Basic knowledge of emergency procedures
Nice to Have
CCTV licence, Experience in retail environment, Experience in shopping centre environment, Experience with CCTV operation, Experience with CCTV monitoring, Conflict resolution training, Familiarity with local area, Familiarity with local security challenges
What You'll Do.
Operate surveillance equipment
Respond to emergencies
Respond to fire alarms
Respond to security incidents
Escalate issues to authorities
Monitor access to restricted areas
Control access to restricted areas
Provide assistance to visitors
Provide information to visitors
Assist in locating missing persons
Maintain records of incidents
Maintain records of observations
Maintain records of patrols
Submit daily activity reports
Work with law enforcement
Work with emergency services
Work with shopping centre management
Adhere to company policies
Adhere to health and safety regulations
Adhere to legal requirements
Participate in training sessions
