Must Have
Bachelor's Degree Life Sciences or related field, High School Diploma or equivalent, 5 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education, experience and training, An understanding and working knowledge of the Pharma Market and the local Health Service environment, Fluency with software operating systems, such as MS Office and customer relationship management systems, Effective verbal and written communication skills, Ability to conduct face to face presentations to customers, Ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines, Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients

What You'll Do.
Provide education to health care prescribers
Provide education to their staff
Identify target customers within a geographical territory
Maintain customer records
Analyze customer records
Complete internal electronic monitoring systems
Complete internal reporting systems
Organize group events
Maintain up to date technical knowledge of specialty
Maintain up to date technical knowledge of disease
Maintain up to date technical knowledge of relevant
Keep Company equipment safe
Keep Company equipment in good state of repair
Project a professional impression of the Company
Act in accordance with the relevant Pharmaceutical Industry’s
Comply with local confidentiality requirements
Understand and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
Support clinical change through program delivery
Communicate the aIQVIA and objectives of the program
Implement program processes within potential sites
Sort information using excel software
Filter information using excel software
Prioritize clinical information according to program objectives
Mentor less experienced HMS Advisors
Undertake Adverse Events Training
Undertake Product Complaint Training
Report adverse events
Report product complaints
Perform other duties as assigned
