Must Have

2+ years of experience, Comfortable navigating both iOS and Android at a power-user level, Sharp eye for edge cases, Experience working within agile/scrum workflows (standups, sprint planning, retros), Experience in manual QA, Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools for defect tracking and ticket management

Nice to Have

Experience in a consumer hardware or IoT environment, Experience testing against firmware or embedded software releases

What You'll Do.

Execute manual test cases across iOS and Android for new app releases

Grow and maintain regression testing as Fi expands support for new devices and hardware configurations

Test firmware builds against real-world device scenarios and document findings clearly

Identify and cover testing gaps where automation hasn't reached yet

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Act as a liaison between QA, engineering, and product by clearly communicating bugs, blockers, and test findings
