What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent, Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing, Experience with hand tools and power tools, Proficiency in basic computer application software such as MS Office, Outlook, CMMS (Maximo), Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs. , climb ladders up to 30 ft. , and work in adverse conditions including extreme temperatures
Nice to Have
EPA Universal License, Building Automation System (BAS) experience, Preventative maintenance experience on HVAC equipment
What You'll Do.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical
and plumbing equipment/systems
Assist senior mechanics in maintenance and repair efforts
Independently perform defined tasks
Inspect and repair property interior and exterior areas
change filters and belts
Maintain and repair plumbing components
Maintain and repair locks
Maintain and complete documentation for fire extinguishers and other building systems
prime and paint building interior and exterior surfaces
Perform general handyman tasks
Complete special tasks including painting
tenant service requests
and general maintenance
Prioritize all preventative maintenance
corrective and emergent work orders
Update work order status in real time utilizing CMMS system
Escalate problems or issues to customers and management
