This role assists senior mechanics in maintenance and repair efforts while independently performing defined tasks. The position encompasses inspections and repairs of property interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, and lighting to ensure optimal facility operations and client satisfaction. **What your day-to-day will look like:** * Clean HVAC coils, change filters and belts while maintaining and repairing plumbing components including toilets, urinals, lavatories, flush valves, sinks, drains, water heaters, piping, and sump pumps * Maintain and repair locks, locking mechanisms, closers, doors, and furniture throughout assigned facilities * Maintain and complete documentation for fire extinguishers and other building systems to ensure compliance * Prepare, prime and paint building interior and exterior surfaces and perform general handyman tasks to maintain buildings * Complete special tasks including painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and general maintenance as assigned * Prioritize all preventative maintenance, corrective and emergent work orders for assigned sites (annual, monthly, weekly, and daily) * Upd
