3+ years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, basic electrical, Candidate must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license

What You'll Do.
Perform general maintenance tasks
Assist operations team in building and facilities maintenance
Complete special tasks such as painting
Move office furniture
equipment and supplies
Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts
Comply with safety procedures
Adhere to relevant ordinances
Participate in ongoing training programs
Document work performance and materials procurement
Perform other operational tasks
Respond to after-hours emergencies
