Must meet all physical criteria required to complete vehicle inspection routines, Regular bending, kneeling, lifting (up to 25 lbs. ), walking, standing, and climbing railcar and ship ladders, Must be able to work outdoors year-round (heat, rain, cold, snow, etc. ), Must be able to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays as needed, Must clear a pre-employment drug test, Drug-free workplace, Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship. What You'll Do.

Conducting vehicle condition inspections on a client’s lot

Provide accurate and complete documentation of overall vehicle condition

Build trust with Clients

Engage to help them see the value in the Manheim Marketplace

Request more inventory to be inspected by providing quality and timely inspections

Perform tasks with minimal guidance and supervision

Demonstrate growing independence and problem-solving skills

Conduct a thorough vehicle inspection

and return vehicles on dealer/clients’ lot safely

Verify vehicle identification and enter accurate vehicle information into the inspection system

Inspect vehicle equipment and options

documenting results including damage

missing or inoperable items

Inspect and record vehicle exterior condition

Inspect and record the vehicle interior condition

Perform basic mechanical checks on vehicles

Prepare and provide daily activity reports for management

Pivot and adapt to changes in daily appointments

Develop knowledge of clients in territory and work together with partners

Receive data and insight from partners and leverage to maximize volume of units inspected on dealer lots

Represent Cox Automotive as a brand ambassador and provide premier client experience

Interface regularly core clients and ensuring satisfaction

Functions as a solid team player and works closely with the Wholesale Specialist team
