Reporting to the Senior Manager, Infrastructure Services, the mobile technician role plays a vital part in keeping technology based infrastructure running and secure. This is a field based role on a rotation based schedule, actioning items that require a hands on presence locally, and preforming preventative maintenance as required to ensure systems remain optimized. Travel is required for this position. This role is safety sensitive, Pre-employment Drug and Alcohol testing is required. Service, repair and install network and Internet systems * Local management of Network switches, access points, security appliances and aggregation equipment. * Replace or maintenance systems as required. * Ensure high level or standards, cable clean up, performance optimization. * Maintain exterior systems such as satellites, antenna, or P2P radios Service, repair and install TV systems * Service and install Pico and Holland style head-end systems * Service and install Analog and digital cable systems in the remote lodge environments * Install physical television sets and monitors including brackets and cable pulls.
