Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Lead client onboarding and implementation activities, including solution design, workflow alignment, and project kickoff across government and commercial accounts. Travel extensively across the United States (up to 75%) to deliver on-site training, support deployments, and ensure successful program execution. Act as the primary operational point of contact during early client engagement, ensuring clarity on implementation processes, system usage, and expectations. Deliver training sessions for both small and large client groups, explaining workflows, procedures, and solution capabilities clearly and effectively. Collaborate with project managers, client partners, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of client objectives and technical requirements. Ensure adherence to internal policies, security standards, and government compliance requirements throughout all implementations. Build strong, long-term client relationships by understanding unique operational needs and ensuring high-quality customer experience. Identify opportunities to improve adoption and expand the use of solutions across existing client accounts. Maintain program integrity and ensure consistent execution of delivery standards across all engagements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client success, project implementation, solution design, or customer-facing technical roles. Experience working with U.S. government, defense, military, or intelligence environments is strongly preferred. Familiarity with operational security, risk management, investigations, or insider threat programs is a plus. Strong understanding of project delivery, implementation processes, or technical onboarding workflows.
