This position requires travel between assigned facilities to ensure optimal performance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems. **Key Responsibilities** **System Operations & Maintenance:** The engineer operates and maintains heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems to ensure building comfort and energy efficiency. They perform preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, pumps, and motors according to established schedules.
