This position requires travel between assigned facilities to ensure optimal performance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems. **Key Responsibilities** **System Operations & Maintenance:** The engineer operates and maintains heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems to ensure building comfort and energy efficiency. They perform preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, pumps, and motors according to established schedules. Regular monitoring of building automation systems and energy management systems helps identify and resolve operational issues proactively. **Troubleshooting & Repairs:** When equipment malfunctions occur, the engineer diagnoses problems and performs repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. They respond to emergency calls and service requests from multiple locations, coordinating with property management teams and tenants to minimize disruptions.
