What You'll Do.
Deliver exceptional customer service
Act as primary meet and greet contact
Provide front of house support
Support corporate events
Ensure visitors are registered
Issue security passes
Operate within standard procedures
Coordinate room bookings
Generate monthly utilisation statistics
Manage guest WIFI user requests
Support Emergency Evacuation procedures
Oversee anyone working outside core hours
Address issues outside core hours
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
Oversee site stationery supplies
Coordinate bookings for visitor car parking
Work as part of a flexible team
Complete basic administration tasks
Provide cover at satellite sites
Support event setup and coordination
Support review and enhancement of procedures
Ensure performance compliant with SLA
Put forward suggestions for service improvement
Work as part of a team
Support Service Level Agreement
Manage onsite AV/IT equipment
Support Client with AV/IT issues
Ensure meeting spaces prepared
Ensure guest house facilities prepared
