Serving as the first point of contact at a CIBC Kiosk in Costco Warehouses, you’ll proactively engage clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities. You’ll complete sales of Chequing and Savings accounts, and provide high-level information on other products (e.g., mortgages, Investor’s Edge, registered products) within the scope of the agreed product mix with Costco. You’ll refer clients for non-deposit account advice and servicing conversations to the appropriate Banking Centre. You’ll thrive in this role if you are entrepreneurial in nature and comfortable working in a self-managed environment. _At CIBC, we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. To successfully perform the work, you will be on-site full-time._ This role is located inside Costco warehouses with extended hours of business and requires rotational shift work Monday to Sunday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, based on the warehouse hours. You will be required to work on weekends and some statutory holidays.
