What You'll Do.
Deliver exceptional client experience
Serve as first point of contact
Proactively engage clients to understand needs
Identify opportunities to address financial goals
Complete sales of Chequing and Savings accounts
Provide high-level information on other products
Refer clients for non-deposit account advice
record and update sales activities
Process valid transactions
Complete all related documentation
Obtain authorization as required
Maintain client confidentiality
Open or close the kiosk
Promote and demonstrate digital banking options
Assist client in using digital options

Serving as the first point of contact at a CIBC Kiosk in Costco Warehouses, you’ll proactively engage clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities. You’ll complete sales of Chequing and Savings accounts, and provide high-level information on other products (e.g., mortgages, Investor’s Edge, registered products) within the scope of the agreed product mix with Costco. You’ll refer clients for non-deposit account advice and servicing conversations to the appropriate Banking Centre. You’ll thrive in this role if you are entrepreneurial in nature and comfortable working in a self-managed environment. _At CIBC, we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. To successfully perform the work, you will be on-site full-time._ This role is located inside Costco warehouses with extended hours of business and requires rotational shift work Monday to Sunday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, based on the warehouse hours.
