What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Solid experience leading mobile engineering teams, hands-on skills in either iOS (Swift/Objective-C, UIKit/SwiftUI) or Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose), good grasp of app architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture), dependency injection, writing testable code, Experience managing mobile CI/CD pipelines, supporting apps in production, Familiarity with mobile security, data privacy, authentication (OAuth2, token-based)
Nice to Have
Background in e-commerce or high-traffic digital platforms, Flutter or React Native experience
