Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **What this job involves:** The **Mobile Engineer** supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes to mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems. **What your day-to-day will look like:** * Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds as it pertains to assigned buildings. * Perform maintenance and repairs to the Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, and for the facility to keep these systems up to applicable standards. * Performs predictive, planned, preventative and routine maintenance. * Performs all duties in a safe manner and in accordance with established work standards and practices * Determines and/or assists with analyzing and resolving work problems and achieving work goals. * Maintains time and production records and customer service requests utilizing a variety of computer/technology tools. * Team player with the desire to foster teamwork to help create a positive working environment. * Perform maintenance and repairs to the Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems for the facility to keep these systems up to applicable standards. * Performs and/or completes all cliant service requests accurately and expediently. * Complies with all policies and procedures established for the building, including safe st
