S. driver's license with a clean driving record and commitment to defensive driving practices, Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs and perform frequent walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, stooping, and overhead work, Capability to climb stairs, navigate rooftops, use ladders up to 30 ft, and work from heights, Ability to climb a ladder with 300-lb weight limit while carrying approximately 20 lbs of tools, Availability for call-in work and extended driving periods, Completion of all required safety trainings as scheduled

You'll ensure equipment operates in an energy-efficient and safe manner while minimizing downtime through preventive maintenance and anticipating necessary repairs. The role requires technical expertise in one craft area (Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, Central Utility Plant Operations, or Material Handling Equipment) with multi-skilled capabilities in others to successfully complete daily and weekly work assignments. ## Your day-to-day tasks will include: * Performing preventive maintenance and responding to repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and installed systems * Maintaining, operating, and repairing HVAC systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, and building interiors/exteriors * Conducting facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on conditions that impact client occupancy and operations * Operating building automation systems, fire/life safety systems, and other building-related equipment * Demonstrating and enforcing safety rules, identifyin
