About the Role Our Pet Stylists use their skill and love for dogs to ensure every pup has a stress-free grooming experience - all supported by a positive, groomer-oriented culture! - Provide luxury 1-on-1 care to pups while bathing, cutting, shaving and trimming. - Work independently in our Hanvey grooming vans. - Need a little extra time for special pups? Our support team can make sure every appointment is scheduled according to the groomer’s needs. - Receive support from our in-house concierge and fleet teams - they’ll handle scheduling and van maintenance so you can focus on grooming! - Enjoy a manageable daily schedule while focusing on safety and quality at every appointment. - Want more stability? Choose between 3 different shift types and work the same days every month! Role Requirements - 1+ years of professional grooming experience - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record - Comfortable interacting with customers/pet parents as needed - Comfort with using smart phones (you bring the knowledge, we’ll provide the phone!) - Ability to lift and groom dogs up to 50lbs (75lbs+ preferred) Compensation, Benefits & Perks As a Pet Stylist, you can expect… - Hourly pay rates (base pay plus tips) between $28 - $38 per hour - Bonus amounts from $400 - $800 per month on top of base pay earnings - Weekly payroll, with bon
