Eligibility Requirements

Ready for the outdoors – rain or shine at customer yards, Work in dynamic, high-traffic areas – safety and precision are key, Expect exposure to dust, diesel fumes, and noise typical of a shop or yard environment, Safely handle chemicals, oils, and grease as part of repair work, Be ready to lift, move, and position heavy equipment or components, Stay active – you'll bend, kneel, crawl, and crouch to access vehicle components, Work outdoors in all weather conditions – rain or shine, our team gets it done

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

At least 3 years of hands-on diesel tech experience working on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers, DOT inspection and air brake repair expertise, Strong communication skills, Comfortable using mobile apps, navigation systems and digital tools to stay organized and document repairs, Ready for the outdoors – rain or shine at customer yards, Independent, dependable, and self-motivated, A positive attitude and safety-first mindset, Must be 23+ with a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license, Bring your own hand tools

What You'll Do.

Perform onsite preventative maintenance

DOT inspections and follow up repairs on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers in a mobile field environment

Handle emergency road service calls with confidence and urgency

Respond to dispatch requests for scheduled and unscheduled service or maintenance

Diagnose and repair electrical

Use advanced diagnostic tools

including handheld computers and precision instruments

to identify and fix issues fast

Put your expertise to work using hand tools

and welding equipment to get the job done right

Road test vehicles to ensure every repair meets top-quality standards

Stay productive and efficient

meeting or beating industry-standard repair times

Work with trusted vendors to source parts and keep operations moving

Take ownership of a company-issued service truck

perform maintenance and pre- and post-trip inspections

and ensuring safety compliance
