Associate Degree, 1 Year crisis management experience, 2-4 years mental health/substance use experience, Valid Driver's License, Qualified Professional (QP), Registered Nurse (RN), Associate's Degree in Nursing, 4 years mental health/substance use experience
Nice to Have
Bachelor degree preferred, Master degree preferred
What You'll Do.
Work with team on assessments
Provide direct services to individuals
Provide intervention methods
Assess individuals in crisis
Evaluate individual's support system
Provide clinical services
Facilitate safest environment for individual
Work closely with psychiatrists
Serve as resource for training
Facilitate individual sessions
Attend and participate in meetings
Maintain certification in training requirements
Demonstrate knowledge of agency policies
Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures
Follow service definition guidelines
Complete other responsibilities as assigned
