What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate Degree, Valid Driver's License, Qualified Professional (QP), Registered Nurse (RN), 1 Year crisis management experience, 2-4 years mental health/substance use experience, Associate's Degree in Nursing with 4 years' experience
Nice to Have
Bachelor or Master degree preferred, Bachelor degree (non Human Services) with 4 years applicable experience, Bachelor degree (Human Services) with 2 years applicable experience, Master degree (Human Services) with 1 year applicable experience
What You'll Do.
Work with team on assessments
Provide direct services to individuals
Provide face-to-face or telephone assessment
Provide behavior of family intervention
Arrange hospital or respite placement
Recommend further intervention
Follow up with assessment
Assess individuals in crisis
Determine level of service needed
Evaluate individual's support system
Evaluate family's ability to maintain individual
Determine level of immediate support needed
Provide clinical services
Provide in-depth crisis assessment
Provide behavior interventions
Facilitate least restrictive environment
Facilitate safest environment
Arrange clinically appropriate follow up service
Work closely with psychiatrists
Assist in training for crisis services
Serve as resource for training
Facilitate individual sessions
Participate in meetings
Participate in training
Maintain certification in training requirements
Demonstrate knowledge of agency policies
Comply with agency policies
Comply with state regulations
Comply with federal regulations
Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures
Assist in crisis situations
Follow service definition guidelines
Complete relevant responsibilities
