What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–4 years experience in content creation, social media, or a similar role, video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.), Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and/or YouTube, Solid understanding of what drives engagement and performance on social, Comfortable being on camera and/or directing shoots, Experience managing or contributing to social media accounts, copywriting skills (hooks, captions, basic storytelling), Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects

Assist in sourcing and reaching out to creators for UGC and collaborations
