What They're Looking For.

Must Have

domain knowledge and experience in health and benefits domain, 5+ years of experience with global or regional benefit management, Experience working across multiple countries, oral and written communication & presentation skills, Good analytical skills reading, interpreting and communicating data, attention to detail, Ability to work within a team environment across borders & manage internal stakeholders, teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

What You'll Do.

Be the main client and internal point of contact for APAC Employee Health and Benefits management

Support multinational clients place their health and risk policies across Asia

develop and maintain client management tools

Monitor and ensure services provided to the client are in line with guidance

Execute clients ongoing global benefit strategy

Interface directly with senior-level client managers

Provide strategic & consulting advice

Enhance ability to sell additional health and wellbeing projects

Contribute to business development pursuit activities

Review of current team ways of working and providing suggestions for improvement
