What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BS in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or related technical discipline, 2+ years of experience supporting electrical test, integration, or verification of spacecraft, launch vehicles, satellites, or complex aerospace systems, Hands-on experience with spacecraft systems, including avionics, sensors, and communications hardware, Experience developing and executing test plans and procedures for complex systems or hardware, Excellent verbal, written, and graphical communication skills, Experience working collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic work, Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends and travel to support business needs
Nice to Have
Experience with vehicle-level spacecraft testing, including integrated system tests and end-to-end functional testing, Familiarity with spacecraft power systems, command and telemetry systems, and fault management, Experience supporting environmental testing (thermal vacuum, vibration, EMIC), Knowledge of configuration management, test readiness reviews, and flight hardware handling requirements, Experience with scripting (writing code in C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, Python, or other languages), automation, or data analysis tools, Prior experience in a cleanroom or launch-site environment, Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while escalating issues appropriately, Experience with test facility instrumentation and Data Acquisition and Control Systems, Understands/experience with hazardous operations
