Eligibility Requirements

Travel expected up to 20% of the time, Rotating shift coverage, Occasional weekend support, Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, Travel to support business needs, U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum, Standard Background Check, Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) background check if on military installation, Drivers may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

BS in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline, 5+ years of applicable experience, Experience with space vehicle integrated vehicle testing including electrical test, test software or related test experience, Working knowledge of spacecraft avionics, electrical power systems, and vehicle-level electrical integration, Experience reading and writing code in C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, Python, or other languages, Experience with Flight Computers, Vehicle Commanding, and Command and Data Handling, Understand the Test Like You Fly assessment and exception process, Excellent verbal, written, and graphical communication skills, Experience working collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic work environment, Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends and travel to support business needs

Nice to Have

M.S. degree in electrical engineering or related technical discipline, 7+ years of relevant experience, Experience with human-rated space vehicle development and verification, Demonstrated experience with RF and communications systems, including antennas, transmitters/receivers, RF cabling, and signal integrity, Experience with participating in NASA technical reviews, Understands/experience with hazardous operations

Develop test plans and procedures

Lead daily test operations

Operate test consoles

Direct technician work

Coordinate with internal customers

Plan tests of vehicle level and subsystems

and install test support

Manage vendors and subcontractors

Troubleshoot issues during testing

Perform root cause analysis

Analyze and archive test data

Prepare status updates

Participate in test readiness reviews

Manage procedural redlines and updates

Coordinate test crews

Enforce safety policies
