3rd shift work (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM), Shift differential included, Physically demanding position, Lift and carry 25-50 lb. loads regularly, Push and pull static loads of 25-50 lb.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately, Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English, Ability to operate machine controls, Ability to conduct pre-operation inspections, Ability to maintain accurate records for batch numbers and process control sheets, Ability to demonstrate precision in measuring and mixing ingredients according to exact formula specifications, Proficiency in using color-coded scoops for allergen ingredients, Ability to handle the physically demanding nature of the position, Lift and carry 25-50 lb. loads regularly, Push and pull static loads of 25-50 lb.
What You'll Do.
Measure and add dough ingredients in batches
Operate and monitor mixing of ingredients
Follow specific formulas in a timely manner
Observe all safety regulations
Ensure GMP and quality standards are met
Maintain timely and efficient product flow
Measure and mix ingredients according to formula specifications
Use appropriately colored scoops for allergen ingredients
Follow proper bag opening procedure
Monitor set times and mixing processes
Perform quality control checks
Ensure dough temperature meets specifications
Unload completed batches
Transfer batches to the next station
Scrape and clean the mixer after unloading
Record batch numbers for ingredients
Make blends on the process order sheet
Maintain detailed and accurate downtime sheets
Maintain process control sheets
Operate machine controls to transfer liquids
Perform pre-operation inspections
Arrange for appropriate ingredients with a forklift operator
Position ingredients at the mixer station
Prepare ingredients for the following shift
