4+ years of experience working in a professional environment, Capitol Hill or the military experience, Experience with congressional or legislative affairs, Experience with the congressional authorization and appropriations process, Experience with the DoW legislative process, Experience with program objective memorandum (POM) preparation, Experience with Budget Estimate Submissions (BES), Experience with President’s Budget (PB) exhibit preparation, Experience working around senior congressional staff and DoW or Navy officials, Experience with Navy or government staff such as Joint Staff or Combatant Command (COCOM) staff, Experience with requirements analysis and identification in Navy and Marine Corps programs, Experience with regular direct client interactions, Supporting project delivery, Delivering presentations, Leading client meetings, Working independently, creatively, and analytically in a problem-solving environment, Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, Ability to track and comprehend acquisition and procurement goals as they move through the legislative cycle, Ability to plan, organize, and execute tasks with minimal direction, TS/SCI clearance, Bachelor's degree

Mission Support Analyst, Mid **The Opportunity:** Provide a DoW or Navy client with mission support throughout the annual Defense Authorization and Appropriations process. Leverage existing Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) systems and databases to coordinate, track, report, and make appropriate analysis and recommendations to support government decisions on requirements, milestones, and progress. Provide analysis to support the development and implementation of DoW, Navy, and Marine Corps strategy and policy. Analyze risk-based strategies for processes and planning. Analyze and track metrics for strategy implementation.
