Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services (BGS), is seeking a **Mission Planning SME in Niceville, FL or Las Vegas, NV.** This position provides a vital link between the warfighter and software development and test team to ensure the warfighter’s requirements and recommendations are included in the development cycle. This role also evaluates customer and/operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces. Additionally, this person will perform various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture. **Position Responsibilities:** * Utilize aircrew experience to help Systems Engineers build software that meets the warfighters needs in an efficient, intuitive format * Performs analyses on software environment to determine functionality and usability for the warfighter * Acts as intermediary between Systems Engineers and active duty warfighters to determine issues and subsequent suit
