Nice to Have

Basic understanding of the operation of moderately complex post-mission software applications in the reduction of data collected in real-time for analysis of launch vehicle and range instrumentation tracking systems performance, Three (3) years of relevant experience in Range safety instrumentation systems, computer systems engineering/analysis/integration, Experience with orbital mechanics and data reduction techniques, Experience working with testing and evaluation techniques associated with acceptance of complex computer processing systems, Familiarity with Eastern Range GBRS computer systems

What You'll Do.

Operate and analyze GBRS computer systems

and produce data products

Analyze output data products for validity

Perform in-depth processing during anomalous conditions

Participate in inter-disciplinary development

Aid in system and software architecture development

Analyze and evaluate requirements

Assist with building Launch Configuration files

Develop launch and data reduction system requirements

Identify and document solutions for instrumentation platforms

Assist with developing and maintaining system documentation

Assist with setup and operating operation consoles

Monitor and analyze performance of GBRS computer systems

Complete assigned training

Perform other duties as assigned
