The Brief

“Mission Level Modeler at KBR. Skills: mission-level modeling and simulation, AFSIM. Utilizing studies and analyses, specifically a background in mission-level modeling and simulation, the analyst will make recommendations regarding the military utility, feasibility, joint warfighter impacts of the concepts and capabilities under study. Ability to coordinate with senior managers and decision makers to identify and solve a variety of problems and to clarify management objectives”

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, or an Engineering discipline, 5+ years of experience, Experience conducting modeling, simulation, and analyses with AFSIM, High motivation, creativity, and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, Ability to work well as part of a team, quantitative and analytic abilities to integrate and analyze data, An active TS/SCI clearance

Nice to Have

Master's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, or an Engineering discipline, Experience with more highly aggregated, campaign-level and/or defense enterprise-level analysis tools, Experience in DoD space and joint force programs, Experience with Python, OptDef, MATLAB, R, SAS, JMP, and/or Java, Experience with data transformations and data visualization, Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and MySQL or other relational databases, Experience with BI Tools, Experience with Excel VBA
