8+ years experience defense, Experience with military customers, Experience in business development, Experience in customer success, Experience in mission operations, Ability to lead conversations, Ability to lead engagements, Executive presence, Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to build trust, Ability to influence stakeholders, Ability to drive outcomes, Ability to operate independently, Willingness to travel frequently, U. S. Persons status, Current Top Secret clearance

Nice to Have

Experience supporting international business development, Familiarity with FMS, Familiarity with DCS, Familiarity with security cooperation programs, Familiarity with international acquisition mechanisms, Experience with allied militaries, Experience with partner nation militaries
