Active TS/SCI security clearance, 5+ years of SCO-like Acquisition experience supporting DoD R&D, acquisition, or technical programs, Demonstrated experience with the software development lifecycle, methodologies (e. g. , Agile, DevSecOps), and best practices, Experience coordinating program execution across multiple stakeholders, Experience supporting test events, demonstrations, or operational evaluations, written and verbal communication skills, including executive briefing development, Ability to report to designated work location in Chantilly, up to full time, based on the needs of the customer
Nice to Have
Experience supporting rapid prototyping or advanced capability development programs, Background in systems integration, operational testing, or demonstration planning, Familiarity with DoD program management and acquisition processes (e. g. , DoD 5000 series), Experience with modern software development tools, languages, and cloud environments, Familiarity with DoD software acquisition pathways and policies (e. g. , Software Acquisition Pathway, DoDI 5000. 87), Experience operating in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
What You'll Do.
Engage with the Warfighter Integration Cell (WIC) and Warfighters and other organizations to define specific mission sets and how the PWSA implements and executes them
Support the Technical Director and Front Office in external engagement
Supports development of CONOPS
and modeling and simulation capabilities to represent the appropriate mission cases
Performs trade studies and develops courses of action for PWSA capabilities and requirements
Works with the Requirements Lead to perform functional analysis to create requirements for the Enterprise and for Technical Requirements Documents in support of solicitation development

Role and Responsibilities: Engage with the Warfighter Integration Cell (WIC) and Warfighters and other organizations to define specific mission sets and how the PWSA implements and executes them. Support the Technical Director and Front Office in external engagement. Supports development of CONOPS, OPSCON, use cases, and modeling and simulation capabilities to represent the appropriate mission cases. Performs trade studies and develops courses of action for PWSA capabilities and requirements. Works with the Requirements Lead to perform functional analysis to create requirements for the Enterprise and for Technical Requirements Documents in support of solicitation development. ## Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI security clearance. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline 5+ years of SCO-like Acquisition experience supporting DoD R&D, acquisition, or technical programs. Demonstrated experience with the software development lifecycle, methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevSecOps), and best practices Experience coordinating program execution across multiple stakeholders. Experience supporting test events, demonstrations, or operational evaluations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive briefing development.
