Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Develop and manage a defined geographic territory to achieve revenue growth, profitability targets, and long-term market expansion. Build and maintain a strong project pipeline within data center, containment, and mission critical construction markets. Identify, pursue, influence, and close project-based opportunities across multiple channels, including contractors, integrators, engineers, architects, and owners. Drive specification positioning by engaging early in the design phase and securing product inclusion in project plans. Track projects through their full lifecycle, from early concept through installation and closeout. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the construction and data center ecosystem. Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to customers and partners. Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and field feedback to internal product, marketing, and sales teams. Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting (Salesforce). Collaborate with internal teams to support successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Requirements: 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in construction, mission critical, data center, or related technical sales environments. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding territory-based sales targets. Strong understanding of project-based, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Ability to manage a geographic territory independently with strong organizational and planning skills. Excellent technical selling, communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Experience engaging with engineers, architects, contractors, and end users in complex sales environments. Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and standard Microsoft Office applications.
