On-site and in-office, Some travel likely, Ability and willingness to travel to project sites, Intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting to 20 pounds, Hand manipulation is required for grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation, Right and/or left hands utilized, Need to reach and/or work above the shoulder, as well as below the shoulder for same, Must be alert to equipment in the field, will be travel, will work near construction job site equipment when in the field, occasional need to work near hazardous equipment and machinery, occasional need to walk on uneven ground, exposure to dust, gas or fumes, exposure to noise, extremes in temperature or humidity, work at heights
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-6 years or more of Mission Critical and Data Center construction PM experience, Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, structural, architectural trades and industrial construction methods (MEP), Experience with BMS and EPMS systems construction, integration, and commissioning tasks, Ability to work in a dynamic team environment with multiple stakeholders, Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, Solution orientated with solid problem-solving skills, Ability and willingness to travel to project sites, Ability to pass background check, Must be able to work for any US Employer without current or future visa sponsorship, Thorough understanding of construction methods and safety practices, Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, Knowledge of building codes and regulations

What You'll Do.
Manage internal and subcontractor teams
Oversee construction management team
Provide construction and schedule updates
Coordinate and assist in development of client submittals
Maintain accurate records of project progress
Promote positive customer relationships
Coordinate and support teams on renovation/upgrade projects
Oversee and maintain a safe working environment
Coordinate and conduct site surveys and assessments
Apply expertise with planning
Provide technical direction and support for field crews
Attend site visits and bid walks
Coordinate with estimating and internal stakeholders
Build client relationships with on-site teams
Clearly communicate capabilities and resources
Bring in additional client opportunities
