**_Job Family_ :** Strategy & Transformation Consulting ** _Travel Required_ :** None ** _Clearance Required_ :** Active Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) **_What You Will Do_ :** As a Mission Advancement Senior, you will guide Defense and Security clients through complex change initiatives in the mission space, helping them identify, evaluate, and solve their most challenging problems to achieve strategic goals and fulfill their mission. You will collaborate with research scientists, data engineers, and intelligence analysts to develop and acquire innovative analytic tools and technologies, applying strong analytical skills to design effective solutions in dynamic, high-pressure environments. Intellectual curiosity and the ability to thrive in a high operational tempo setting are essential, as is leveraging your working knowledge of AI capabilities—including computer vision, Generative AI, and multi-modal models—to inform mission-driven solutions.
