Must Have
significant experience of electronic test at all stages of project lifecycle, Electronic circuit design, testing and failure analysis techniques, Test equipment design, Experience in requirements capture, Project management and planning, Provide technical leadership to all Test related issues across design projects, proven experience in Test Equipment requirements capture and specification, Experience in DfT and testability, Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders within the business relating to technical direction, Support departmental strategy, support the department head with recruitment of the right people into the team, interpersonal and well developed communication skills (written & verbal)

What You'll Do.

assessing and recommending improvements to our ways of working across TTA
lead the analysis of production test data to spot trends and diagnose failures
lead the analysis and modelling our system to understand the test coverage and generate diagnostic instructions
Participating and supporting Red-Team reviews and activities into critical issues during development and manufacture
Supporting new product bid activities
document and deploy best practice across the department and within projects
Mentor and actively support members of the Test & Testability department
Lead / participate in roadmap development activities
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
reporting in to the Test and Testability Department Head; from a Project perspective, into the Project Chief Design Engineer; key member on the team; Support departmental strategy; support the department head with recruitment of the right people into the team; Mentor and actively support members of the Test & Testability department

An exciting role has become available in our Test Architect team as a Technical expert involved in all aspects of the Missile Test process. If you have experience Electronic circuit design, testing and failure analysis techniques along with Test equipment design then this could be just the role for you! **Salary** : Circa £72 _,000_ depending on experience **Dynamic (hybrid) working** : _3_ days per week on-site due to workload classification **Security Clearance** : British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship _._ Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply.
