## Description Miscellaneous Metals Project Manager Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Salary: $65,000 – $100,000 (Depending on Experience) Location: Hanover or Richmond — Fully Remote option available with travel to job sites throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia as needed. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Flexibility required for overtime and occasional Saturdays as project demands dictate. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Miscellaneous Metals Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of steel fabrication and erection projects. This role oversees assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are achieved while maintaining effective coordination across internal teams and external partners. ## Primary Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Manage multiple steel construction projects through all phases, including preconstruction, fabrication, installation, and closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules to support engineering, submittals, procurement, production, shipping, field installation, and final turnover activities. Review contract documents, drawings, and specifications to verify project scope, material requirements, and execution plans. Monitor project progress and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and project outcomes. Engineering & Coordination Coordinate detailing, surveying, and project engineering activities. Review shop drawings and technical documentation for completeness and accuracy. Collaborate with design teams and field personnel to resolve project challenges and maintain schedule commitments. Participate in Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination efforts, including clash detection and trade coordination.
