Daily MIS** | Energy units, DG hours, water consumption, STP flow, occupancy, footfall. Update by 11 AM daily **2. Monthly Reports** | MMR – Management MIS Report: OPEX vs Budget, SLA, PPM %, Breakdown, NPS, EBITDA site level **4. Billing & Recovery** | CAM bills, electricity bills, parking, signage. Track collection %. Aging report to Finance **5. Vendor Management** | Track AMC expiry, SLA penalty, invoice aging. Maintain vendor scorecard monthly **6. Statutory Compliance** | Track lift license, fire NOC, PCB, electrical CEIG, water test due dates. Alert 30 days before **7. Budgeting Support** | Help FM Head in AOP – Annual Operating Plan. Capture GL-wise actuals vs budget **8. Client Dashboards** | Make PPT for monthly client reviews. Graphs: Energy EPI, breakdown MTTR, NPS trend **9. Audits** | Support ISO, ISHRAE, BEE, DLF Internal audits. Provide data trails **10. Ad-hoc Analysis** | Diesel vs Grid optimization, OT analysis, material consumption, capex tracking *Must-Have Skills*: 1\. *Excel*: VLOOKUP, Pivot, Power Query, Dashboard.
