Within the Short Term Planning team, you will have exposure to Mine Design, Drill & Blast and Short Term Scheduling. You will be supported to build and maintain working relationships with peers and stakeholders in the office and in the field. Professional development is at the core of the Technical Services Team and you will be provided coaching and mentoring from some of the best engineers in the business. **ABOUT THE ROLE** As a mining engineer at HVO, you will be responsible for: * Being a role model for safety on site. * Providing expertise and oversight to optimise mine design and scheduling. * Reconciliation of mine design process and conformance to plan. * Liaising with stakeholders regarding short term design and scheduling. * Review equipment conformance to plan and performance feedback. * Promot
