Equipment reliability and measurable reduction of unplanned downtime across NA Vegetable Seed Processing; Safe, compliant execution of all maintenance and capital work per Syngenta HSE standards; Performance management of direct reports and contractors against clear KPIs; Accurate PM documentation and CMMS recordkeeping; On-scope, on-schedule, on-budget capital project delivery ($5, 000–$200, 000)

Eligibility Requirements

Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending and lifting (up to 50 lbs) in a plant environment, Occasional evening/weekend availability required during peak season, Travel by car/truck to NA sites, as needed, PPE required for plant and field operations

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Journeyman Millwright certification or equivalent required, Hands-on experience with CMMS, PM programs, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and industrial machinery (conveyors, drives, gearboxes, pumps, HVAC), Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and P, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Nice to Have

7–10 years of industrial maintenance agricultural, food processing, or seed processing environment preferred, Familiarity with SCADA and PLC systems preferred, Safety-first models Goal Zero behaviors at all times, Communicator — translates technical issues clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences, Organized and decisive under pressure, Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset, Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends during peak production seasons, Occasional evening/weekend availability required during peak season, Travel by car/truck to NA sites, as needed, PPE required for plant and field operations, 20% office / ~80% plant, field, or active maintenance/construction environment
