What You'll Do.
Ensure employees have necessary training
Ensure training compliance with legislative requirements
Ensure training conformance with company policies
Provide training support to personnel
Establish communications with stakeholders
Identify training needs
Contribute to training material development
Schedule and deliver classroom training
Schedule and deliver practical training
Schedule and deliver follow-up training
Schedule and deliver operational training
Schedule and deliver mill specific safety training
Schedule and deliver Control Room training
Mentor employees in operation
Coach employees in operation
Schedule field visits
Provide feedback and direction
Provide direction to field Coaches
Maintain training records
Provide training reports
Contribute to SOP development
Contribute to SOP implementation
Participate in procedure review
Participate in practice review
Make recommendations for improvements
Implement approved improvements
Deliver specialized certification training
Facilitate internal training programs
Present internal training programs
Demonstrate safety adherence
Sponsor environmental rules
Participate in safety initiatives
Participate in hazard identification
Participate in toolbox meetings
