Join us in coloring a safe and sustainable future! We are seeking Mill/Mixer Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train right candidate to operate a mill machine and on TPM activities. As a Mill/Mixer Operator you will be responsible for: * Running batches of ink at proper mill settings * Packaging finished product in various containers and applying labels * Weigh-Up Batches : Following proper process order of addition. Shifting between auto and manual steps * Mix Batch: Discharging pigment and operating mixer safely; following and adhering to all INX Mixer SOP's * Creating and maintaining a database of all existing formulas including processing times * Canning * Operating the following: Material handeling equipment, including a forklift * Acting as a QC liaison, providing ink samples, making ink adjustments, and recording data * Completing schedule
