We have built new policy platforms, and now we need to migrate all data from the legacy systems, without losing any information. We believe that when you feel your best, you do your best, and that’s exactly what’s needed to play an important part in our promise – to help our customers a lot. **About the role** Over the past years we have transformed our core policy systems into the standard policy management system – Guidewire - and thousands of policies have already been migrated. But the journey continues, and the migration will continue over several more years with potential more legacy systems being added to the migration scope. Today, the migration team is heavily staffed by external consultants, and it has been decided to supplement this work force with a strong internal team. In the Migration team you will be responsible for conducting test and production migrations in the monthly cycle. This requires a lot of control over the process and high level of detective skills to identify sources of errors. You will also need to design and implement changes to the migration engine, and document process and changes.
