About the Role Join the Bybit EU Legal Team and take ownership of our MiFID II Product Governance. In this critical role, you will ensure our operations align with Austrian regulatory standards (WAG 2018) and ESMA guidance. You will manage the full product lifecycle - from design and approval to distribution, monitoring, and remediation- ensuring we deliver exceptional, compliant products to the right target markets. What You'II Do Drive Product Governance: Implement, maintain, and continuously improve a robust product governance framework, ensuring effective management oversight, regulatory alignment, and audit-ready documentation.
