Must Have
Diploma (D3) Degree from Nursing, minimum 6 months clinical experience in an inpatient area
What You'll Do.
Carrying out nursing care to all outpatients
Providing nursing services in accordance with hospital's vision
Implementing nursing service quality policies
Carrying out the main responsibility for implementing Nursing Services
Providing nursing care with independent nursing intervention
Actively participating in quality improvement programs
Prepare facilities for smooth running of nursing services
Checking and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly
Supporting cleanliness and tidiness of work environment
Carry out nursing actions in accordance with SOPs
Providing nursing care to clients at all levels of maternity
Carrying out nursing assessments at patient admission
Determining client's nursing problems through assessment
Implementing goals and targets for overcoming nursing problems
Carrying out nursing actions/therapy according to patient needs
Continuously observing and monitoring patient's health condition
Providing health education to patients/families
Carrying out evaluations of nursing actions/therapy
Carrying out responsibility for implementation of medical recording
check completeness of medical records
Implement and maintain nursing care recording and reporting system
Read report to find out patient's condition
Handover patient to next shift nurse
Carry out responsibilities for patients/customers being treated
Display polite attitude
effective and therapeutic communication
Introduce yourself and notify patient and family
Provide orientation and room rules for new patient
