Manage Project Construction up to $2M

Prioritize 6 - 10 construction projects on a

Assemble and organize materials for requests and proposals

Coordinate contractor bid process

Manage project buyout

Approve and pay invoices

Manage contract costs

Maintain project budget

Coordinate with the project team

Prioritize tasks with multiple team members on multiple

Oversee all contractors and tradesmen

Coordinate local and state inspections

Plan and coordinate routine project construction meetings

Review design and construction drawing and specifications

Confirm building codes and permit requirements

Enforce compliance on all projects

Conduct project specific safety orientation

Perform routine safety inspection of job sites
