What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years’ experience in a design studio, agency or in-house creative team, A portfolio showing visual craft, original thinking and confident work across relevant channels, Experience across brand, campaign, digital, social and editorial design, typography, layout, hierarchy and visual systems skills, Good editorial design skills, particularly across reports, presentations and long-form content, Experience creating social assets and adapting ideas across formats, Able to develop ideas, not just execute instructions, Confident working within brand guidelines, Able to explain creative thinking and design choices clearly, Good understanding of how design supports communication, brand and business objectives, working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, working knowledge of Figma, Organized, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks, Collaborative, proactive and keen to keep learning, A positive, willing attitude — someone who wants to lean in, support the team and raise the standard

Animation or motion skills, including After Effects, are welcome
